Like the combination of weight selection with compact size. They work for travel by adjusting to a manageable weight. I use it to supplement my old original Bowflex system. Con: they're a little too bulky for my wife to use conveniently.

The major problem I have with the product is the bulky feel. Great for bench exercises but not so great for shoulders and arms...too large of a frame.

The case with most weights is that there is not enough variance. In that I mean you cannot get the 2.5 lb difference and must make 5 lb. jumps which is not always possible or wise. Being an older (67) year old user I love the smaller difference. At first I did not fully appreciate that once over the 25 lb settings one could no longer have a smaller increment until on realizes that each side can be set to a weight. Now there is a whole myriad of weights and also dispersions. It is a great system for, of all sports, golf. Better even than the Bowflex I already own and have faithfully used for over 15 years.
