#sweepstakes Definitely a good set of dumbbells and they save so much space by eliminating redundancy. The plates don't feel as though they are securely attached to the handle. I'm not worried about them detaching from use. But you can tell the mechanism isn't very strong or involved either (If that makes sense). Perfect for what I needed and I've had them a few weeks with daily use. If you're a smaller person they might be cumbersome. I'm 5'7 so not too big for me, but for others I don't know. Definitely recommend to anyone
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
The best thing about this is the convenience of the all-in-one instead of multiple dumbbells. The only drawback is they are wider/bulkier than standard single-weight dumbbells. Overall, definitely worth the money.
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Strengthens
They are so fantastically easy to use. Changing weights is simple and fast. They take up such little space and besides that they look good too! I put them where my wife can use them as well.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens

Pros: 1. Convenience in a small package 2. feels a High quality product 3. good grip 4. Does its job really well! In my 1 week of use, i already see a difference :) Cons: 1. Bigger size than regular dumbell. (hit my head a couple times lying and doing triceps :D) 2. Takes a few seconds to switch dumbell sizes as you dial the knob. Nothing major, but in middle of a fast gym class, can be annoying. you cannot pick multiple weights at once. So switching between 15 and 20 lbs will need you to go to the base, change the dials and pick it. 3. You CANNOT drop these. They will likely break themselves or the floor. So you cannot take a chance to push your limits and plan to drop when done or do 1 rep max with the 52 lbs :D
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
I have nothing bad to say about these adjustable dumbbells. They are perfect! I bought them for my son about 3 years ago for college. When he told me he hasn't had one problem with them, I decided to get them for myself. I'm bit disappointed.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
Perfect for home workouts. Grip can be a little slippery when sweaty but nothing major. When moving the weight in a non vertical motion, like bicep curls, the dumbbell can feel a little off balance
