Perfect for a home gym. Allows a wide range of exercises and weights. Far cheaper and more practical than having a set of dumbells in your basement. Only disadvantage is that for light weights they are larger than a light dumbell. The advantages far outweigh the advantages.

I really like them but the five pound weight doesn't stay on it just falls off every time. I'm not sure if its the Handle or the weights themselves.

I mainly bought these weights because of Covid. I needed to workout at home cause the gyms are not open. I did not have room for the full set of dumbbells The bow flex weights work well. They are pretty cool, with just a turn of a knob you can adjust the weight size. I just dislike how it is kind of bulky and it's a little longer than regular dumbbells size.
