If you can get your hands on these dumbbells, they are killer. Easy to use. Sleek. Comfortable. I had not set up a home gym when the pandemic hit and needed to find a solution. I'm limited on space and didn't want to spend a fortune purchasing a full dumbbell set. I borrowed a pair of powerblocks for a while, but they are clunky, distribute weight a little weird and are a pain to adjust. The Bowflex dumbbells are a huge improvement.

Perfect for a home gym. Allows a wide range of exercises and weights. Far cheaper and more practical than having a set of dumbells in your basement. Only disadvantage is that for light weights they are larger than a light dumbell. The advantages far outweigh the advantages.

I mainly bought these weights because of Covid. I needed to workout at home cause the gyms are not open. I did not have room for the full set of dumbbells The bow flex weights work well. They are pretty cool, with just a turn of a knob you can adjust the weight size. I just dislike how it is kind of bulky and it's a little longer than regular dumbbells size.
