I like my new dumbbells a lot. The bulk of them takes some getting used to. My arms aren't very long, so when I do a seated triceps press the dumbbell hits my back before I get a good rep in. This didn't happen with my smaller dumbbells.

If you can get your hands on these dumbbells, they are killer. Easy to use. Sleek. Comfortable. I had not set up a home gym when the pandemic hit and needed to find a solution. I'm limited on space and didn't want to spend a fortune purchasing a full dumbbell set. I borrowed a pair of powerblocks for a while, but they are clunky, distribute weight a little weird and are a pain to adjust. The Bowflex dumbbells are a huge improvement.
