This is the most durable line of free weights I have owned. They are compact and easy to use. I am able to maximize my workout time due to the ease of turning the knobs on the sides of the Dumbbells to the desired weight. Quick, easy and well worth the purchase!

Love how easy the dumbbells are to use. Love how little storage room the dumbbells take up. I use the dumbbells to do curls, kick backs, flies, squats and presses and they work for all activities. Only down issue is I am a 5 foot woman and I purchased the smaller weighted set they are a little long because of the design. I have to adjust some movements because my arms are short and the length is longer then a standard dumbbell. I wish Bowflex made a ladies set that was less in weight because I will not use the upper weight on the dumbbells, also with less plates the length could be shorter. Overall I over the Bowflex dumbbells and look forward to year of use.

I would totally recommend these dumbells! They're really easy to use, and quite sexy looking. Plus, I will probably never have to buy a new set of dumbells again! The only thing I wish didn't happen is sometimes the weights get stuck, and this is also too bulky at times (I feel). However, I would not get any other set!

I bought the Bowflex weights to begin getting into better shape. I like that I don't have to have so many different weights laying around to use and that I can just simply dial, lift, and use these. I have just had them a couple of weeks as of this review, so I can't give any feedback yet on the long term effects. Use the dvd to get the most out of the proper form to use during the workout. I would also recommend getting the workout bench to compliment your workouts.

The ability to compact your dumbells into just 2 is excellent. The design is top notch. Price wasn't too bad. They are very wide and limit some workouts and make others harder. Shipping was horrible. Nearly 4 weeks.

These things are amazing! I have a small gym in my house and they take up nearly no room. I dont have to waist a ton of space with many different dumbbells for all the different exercises and muscle groups. I do however think they are a bit pricey but well worth it in the long run.

Best option for adjustable dumb bells. I have used other similar products, this is the best. The other devices have the same drawbacks so the awkward size for some exercises comes with the territory- you can't have it all. These take up minimal space in my home gym but give me essentially an entire set of dumbbells. To buy every dumb bell included in this range would cost much more and would take much more space. I recommend the stand designed for these- it stores the dumbbells at a convenient height for use, looks nice in the gym and is well built.
