Well it came broken, and has been sitting for 2.5 months I'm my workout room collecting dust. Repair man came out ( Awesome guy ) decided the the rear section needed to be replaced. No call no show from bowflex for 3 weeks now and now currently thinking I'm just going to send the entire unit back and go with a different brand. Horrible customer service Horrible delivery Horrible follow thru Horrible follow up
