I am a disabled vet (leg amputee). Functional, upper body strength is of critical importance to me. Simple as turning a dial. Want the full 52 pounds for Shrugs or Farmers Walk? No problem, then dial it down to 25 for wrist rolls. Compact, easy to use and easy to store. Love them.
