This set is a must have for any home gym. They are so compact and take up hardly any space, especially compared to the number of dummbells you would have to own to replace them.The 2.5 pound increments are perfect for women (my husband uses the 1090s, but they were too heavy for me) and so easy to use. You can even use the plates by themselves - l will lay a plate on my chest for situps, for example. I love them and recommend them to everyone I know. I feel stronger and more confident every time I use them.

I use the product at home, I've done 3 workouts this week. I have had no major issues. The dials sometimes don't quite line up so I have to turn them forward and back a second time. Nothing major. They are much longer/wider than I anticipated. Makes some move difficult to do again nothing major. Probably makes my form better because of the size. I'm curious how they will hold up over time going in and out of the base and rubbing against plates. Overall I'm thrilled to be able to workout at home since I moved this summer and the physical education department I now work at does not have a weight room.
