Great Value/ Space Savor but at a small cost...

Overall, great value for your money! You get a large set of weights in a compact design. The construction is good and I have had no mechanical issues with it yet. (3 months regular use) One drawback... These Dumbbells are really long, and depending on the weight your using the plates can be a little annoying. For example, if your doing any sort of exercise that utilizes both Dumbbells, when you bring them together they tend to bump into each other due to their length. They can also be a bit weird to handle when doing things like tricep kickbacks or skull crushers. Overall, this is more for the casual home work out. If your a gym buff then this may not be the best of your doing intense workouts but then again, your a gym buff so what do you want with these anyway? For the normal user, they are just fine.
Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Multifunctional, Targets Muscles
Cons: Limited Use

I absolutely LOVE these weights!!! I got used to using these when my husband ordered some a few years back and I loved their convenience and flexibility. They are perfect for P90X, various Jillian Michael's death sessions....lol, or even maximizing quickie workouts. They require no assembly, have a nice comfortable grip, and I love the overall design and color scheme. The first set of weights have already exceeded their warranty period with no issues and hopefully I will be able to say the same about these!

552 Dumbbell - a great investment to your health

I use the dumbbells to enhance my training that I already do at the gym. It gives me the opportunity to train weak muscles or to get the shape in my body that I want. It is the perfect weight always with the adjustments that one can make with the dumbbells. When training it is not always about how much you lift, but getting a good pump with a weight that one can effectively handle without hurting yourself. My son is even using them to start on his exercise program, which he has never done in his life. So thank you bowflex for great products, and the value you provide with keeping us in shape.
