All you need for strength training

I have had my eyes on these for a while. You can accomplish a lot with this easy to use product. You will want to get the rack as well. If you do not have a bench (or you have a shaky, cheap one), get that as well. It is well worth the investment. Pair these with a MAX 7 and you have better equipment than most gyms with no waiting to get your reps in.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Compact, Easy To Use, Good Grip, Less down time equals higher tempo workout, Reduces workout time /rep interval, User friendly

Great product but wish they weren't so bulky. These would be awesome if in a smaller form factor or square. I considered getting the newest series but read in the comments that the indicator window was too small and I already need reading glasses to mess with that.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Good Grip
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

These are a great set of weights.

These weights are like having a complete set of dumbbells in one compact set. The weight change is easy and with a couple of dials you can adjust the weight load. I use them most every day now.

Bought these weights for my husband. He is very pleased with the weight and how compact they are. He uses them everyday. Also the stand from Bowflex to hold these weights are a excellent investment.

Great Value/ Space Savor but at a small cost...

Overall, great value for your money! You get a large set of weights in a compact design. The construction is good and I have had no mechanical issues with it yet. (3 months regular use) One drawback... These Dumbbells are really long, and depending on the weight your using the plates can be a little annoying. For example, if your doing any sort of exercise that utilizes both Dumbbells, when you bring them together they tend to bump into each other due to their length. They can also be a bit weird to handle when doing things like tricep kickbacks or skull crushers. Overall, this is more for the casual home work out. If your a gym buff then this may not be the best of your doing intense workouts but then again, your a gym buff so what do you want with these anyway? For the normal user, they are just fine.
Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Multifunctional, Targets Muscles
Cons: Limited Use

I absolutely LOVE these weights!!! I got used to using these when my husband ordered some a few years back and I loved their convenience and flexibility. They are perfect for P90X, various Jillian Michael's death sessions....lol, or even maximizing quickie workouts. They require no assembly, have a nice comfortable grip, and I love the overall design and color scheme. The first set of weights have already exceeded their warranty period with no issues and hopefully I will be able to say the same about these!
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Convenient, Easy To Use, Multifunctional, Targets Muscles
Cons: Stand purchased separately :(
