Pros: Very easy to adjust weight. Comfortable grips. Many different weights that can be selected Cons: Bulky, larger than your normal 52 lbs weight Loose -. The individual weights are losses so the shake and rattle some. Other than that these dumbbells have been fantastic.

I am in love with these adjustable dumbbells. I waited patiently (and at times not so patiently!) for them to be back in stock. I finally received an email beginning of September 2020 that I could place an order and did so immediately. I was advised that they would arrive in 3 months but to my delight, they arrived in 2 months. As someone who works out at home using only dumbbells, a bench and bands, these dumbbells are amazing and I can easy switch from lighter weight for upper body to a heavier weight for lower body. They replace many sets of different weighted dumbbells and are much easier to adjust the amount of weight than other adjustable dumbbells which makes my workout much more concise. I wish I could've bought/owned these back in June 2020 when I first was interested, but better late than never. I understand the significant increase in demand due to covid related gym closures.

I got these to start up my home gym and I am very happy with the dumbbells. They are very well made and pulling them in and out of the base is very smooth. I am very impressed with the build quality. The weights do shift slightly when moving around but it is very minimal and do not mess up the motions when performing exercises. They are better than expected and I am very happy with my purchase.
