I got lucky and had purchased these a few months before the pandemic lockdown, since I had decided to give up my membership at Equinox. So glad I had these when gyms shut down! It's definitely a great system to have, if you're trying to build up your strength over time and want to be able to build on your progress without worrying about outgrowing your weights. My only complaint is that they're a little bulkier than traditional weights, so when I'm trying to follow along with online instructors, it's hard to figure out if I've got correct form because many times I can't hold my weights the way they're holding them, and I have to come up with my own adjustments. But considering the alternatives, I think it's a minor knock against this system, which overall is a great value and does the job.

This product replaces multiple sets of dumbbells with one solution using very little space and changing the weights are flawless and simple. The are a bit bulky however something to overlook given the convenience and versatility with home training during COVID.

So far, I am loving the Bowflex SelectTech552 Dumbbells! Easy to use, not as bulky as I thought, good storage solution, and very sturdy. Allow for great versatility for our at-home virtual workouts during COVID. I might need to get a set for my wife too! She loves using them! Well worth the 3-month wait time to have them shipped. #sweepstakes The only downside so far is It took a long time to ship, which is understandable yet unfortunate. Highly recommend signing up for the product notification email to get your spot in line when the next batch is released from production.

I had used a similar weight set from a different company but ordered this one because I have always received great service with stellar products. I bought this for my husband since he is not working out from home. We have put in a nice gym in our garage with weight racks, etc. I am in the fitness business and highly recommend this weight set. Adaptable to many different weight settings providing many options for the user. Very easy to change settings. Highly recommend. Definitely worth the "wait" to get them in our set up.

I've used the product for strength training and a performance training program so far. They are great for standard routines such as full bicep curls, chest press, etc. However, due to length other routines such as shoulder press, lateral raises, etc, are still taking some time to adjust to.

During the shelter in place I started working out and needed weights. Unfortunately there were none immediately available...I guess everyone had the same plan. I used resistance bands and they served their purpose. But now since I've had the 552's, I've seen an increase in strength and mass. Super convenient and worth the wait.
