I use these dumbbells six days a week. They are perfect for my busy work and family schedule. I get up in the morning and use them 20-30 minutes to start my day. It's great to have ONE SET of dumbbells that range from 5-55 lbs. Such a great idea and space saver. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

Ive been following a program that uses a bunch of different weight amounts, the adjustability is great. I hope the mechanism lasts, im a little concerned about it. Theres more slop between the plates than I expected. Id prefer a more rigid mount.
