I use the product for a full body workout on a daily basis. The product when it comes in by mail is very secure and is packaged well so that there isn't damaging on the product. It's useful for many exercises and good for home workouts and because there are added weights and is adjustable it's super convenient. The only con about this is a bit bulky but other than that it's perfect. #sweepstakes
