The 552s are a good choice when setting up a home gym. They provide a myriad of weight selections and are easy to use. They take up very little space and provide many lifting and strengthening options. The only thing I needed to get used to is the width of the dumbbells as they are wider than your typical dumbbell, but it didn't take long. Glad I chose the Bowflex 552s. #sweepstakes
