These are great for the while family. Myself, my husband and my daughter we can all use them by adjusting the weight and takes up very little space compared to how many dumbbells we would have to purchase to equal these

I use the 552's to stay toned on a regular basis. There is nothing lacking on the selectech 552 set.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Compact, Easy To Use, Good Grip, Professional look, VersatileVersatile

Just love these dumbbells. I purchased the stand with these and i highly recommend you do the same. I am not a gym rat but i work out 3 times a week and these are great for that.

Best adjustable dumbbells on the market!

I bought these one month ago and I love them! They came fully assembled, are easy to adjust and work perfectly. I also bought the Max Trainer M5 and the weight bench that goes with the set and they are great, too! All of it fits perfectly behind my entertainment center and it is an amazing home gym set up, I would recommend all of these products to anyone who was serious about getting in shape. The Select Tech Dumbbells come with a workout guide which is very helpful. I have been working out 3-4 times a week with these for the past few weeks and am almost back to my regular routine, and I feel great!

Strength training the grips are easy to change weight disk but there's no lock to keeping disks lock to the base
