I really like using these. I use pretty much the full weight range, but doubt I'll ever really want to go above the range. They are really easy to adjust. For context, I work out at least three times a week with each workout lasting about 1.5 hours. Two of those workout sessions involve weight lifting. I'm currently doing all of that weight lifting using the adjustable dumbbells. There is a minor downside. My workout has included renegade rows, which involve a pushup while supported by the dumbbells. I've needed to remove these from my workout to avoid voiding the warrantee. But I've found other exercises to replace the renegade rows. It's a fair tradeoff as far as I'm concerned. Bottom line: I'd buy them again.

Love these adjustable weights! They're a great fit for all levels, from beginners to pros. The grips work well for all types of exercises. A must have for any gym!
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
We bought the weights and the adjustable bench together. Great combo. The weights are well worth it, glad we decided to invest. Easy to use and plates don't move around. I've recommended to several friends already! #sweepstakes
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
I use these 3/4x a week. Great for most dumbbell workouts. The only negative is grip and comfort when using the dumbbells in parallel for tricep extension and forearms as well as goblet squats and other non traditional gripping.
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
The ease of use makes this worth the price. Aside from the convenience of two dumbbells over a rack, it's effortless to adjust between weights. Highly recommend. I would definitely rebuy this if I had to go back in time. Perfect start to my home gym!
