Overall a great product! Easy to use, sturdy, comfortable, great for training. Overall a 5-star product however if I was being extremely picky I'd note the following: -weights to ever so slightly rattle in place (not a 100% still weight), however this is minimal and if working out properly and hence slowly, shoudnt even feel it. However I can see this being annoying for some -weights are pretty big, Im used to larger weights (physically larger, not heavier) but this may affect some people when it comes to range of movements. However, was never restricted from doing an excercise Overall love it though!

Cons: Ever so slightly loose

I LOVE these dumbbells. I live in an 850 sf house and simply don't have the room for a large collection of dumbbells, but I love strength training and am not willing to give that up. Pre-covid, I used my office gym, but that's been closed since March. For the last 8 months, I've used resistance bands, body weight exercises, and cardio, but it's just not the same, and I could tell that I was losing strength. When my bowflex 552's arrived, I was ecstatic and could not wait to open them up and get to work. They are exactly as advertised. They adjust quickly and easily. They take up a relatively small footprint. They are perfect. I would absolutely call these an essential pandemic purchase, but I will use them long after the pandemic is over.
