Easy to Use and way better than a large rack of dumbbells

Overall I'm very happy with the dumbbells and glad I purchased them. They are very convenient and quickly adjust to different weights while doing HIT training or rapid workouts without rest periods. I would prefer that the center grips were slightly larger in length and diameter like the NordicTrack version but overall these dumbbells are easier to use with the quick spin adjustments. (I have both sets) It's probably the nature of adjustable dumbbells but I don't like the noises the weights make when you're doing any kind of large movements like Rows, Curls or Presses. It sounds like the plates are going to become disconnected and fall apart when the weights change in direction. Hence my comment above regarding noisy. Like I said overall I like the product design and convenience but I'm worried about the longevity and durability of the product since they make so much noise during regular use. Frank

My work has these dumbbells at each work station. With COVID on workstation was empty and I took the dumbbells to my work area. All 4 coworkers started using them almost immediately. Will the work station I borrowed from became active and the dumbbells in my work are came up missing. That was when I ordered them for my home. I love them. It's wider than the dumbells that it replaces, but other than that, it's better in every way. So much easier and faster to switch weight. Takes 1/4 the space of adjustable system it replaced. Time will tell if it holds up, but I'm very pleased with it for now.
