Because I live in Los Angeles, I am not able to go to the gym. I did not want to purchase a whole set of dumbbells. These weights are Perfect for what we need. I can do Cardio weight training and also more intense. All I have to do is turn the dial. I love my weights.

These are perfect for me and my boyfriend to use because they go from 5 lbs all the way up to 52.5 lbs per dumbbell. These are perfect for at home workouts and don't take up as much room as a whole set of individual dumbbells that you'd have to buy to get the same range of lbs. Also, switching them from one weight to another is super easy and fast making it easy to follow along with an online video. I love these dumbbells.

This is my 2nd set of Bowflex Selectech weights. I lost the first set in my divorce. These are extremely convenient, easy to use and perfect for a smaller space. They are a little on the large side so it takes some adjusting to get used to the clearance they require. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a beginner to moderate level fitness. The 1090 would be more suitable for advanced levels. It was also worth the wait with the current shipping delays! #sweepstakes entry is an added bonus!
