Since working out at home on a regular basis is now the norm, these dumbbells are perfect because it has multiple weights all in one compact adjustable dumbbell so you can easily increase your weights as you progress without having multiple sets of dumbbells are varying weights. Very sturdy and easy to adjust for the different weights, and the stands fit easily on the floor in my closet so easy to store as well. So happy with my purchase and will be using these for years to come.
