We decided to leave the gym environment due to Covid 19. Despite state restrictions on numbers of people in the gym and what gyms said about how safe &clean the gym was I saw what compliance was like pre Covid and doubt whether it changed. I seemed to be the only person who wiped weights or apparatus. My wife and I decided for our own safety we were going to set up our own exercise space in our home. The bow flex dumb bell set is part of it

Adjustable and compact is great, and being able to adjust the weights on each side of the dumbbell is a nifty feature. I use them for basically any workout you can use dumbbells for. First time using adjustable so it'll take some getting use to the slight movements of the weight plates (compared to normal non-adjustable ones). Would like for the entire handle to have rubber-grip on it, but that's a minor gripe.

Cons: Slight wiggling of the plates, but expected
