I have the STOWABLE bench as well, so I use the Bowflex Dumbbells to substitute a normal routine I would do in the gym. They are sturdy and compliment each extremely well and allow you to complete most gym workouts. I love the products and would recommend them to anyone looking to create a home gym!

I love love love these. They are very well made and sturdy. Being able to adjust the weight quickly without having to store tons of dumbbells is amazing. The handles are very comfortable. While they are slightly more cumbersome than a regular dumbbell, they do not hinder you from still doing virtually all dumbbell exercises. Highly recommend!
