I use this for at home strength training and it's great. The adjustment dial is smooth and surprisingly easy to turn. The stand it comes in is plastic but seems sturdy thus far. The handle is comfortable although the black rubber padding is a bit on the small side, especially if you have large hands. Either way the pros of these dumbbells massively outweighs any cons.
