I've been using these weights 4-5x a week since I received them. They are super easy to use and do not take up a lot of space which is great. It's more convenient to have these than multiple sets of weights around. They can be a little bulky when you first start using them at the lower weight levels (5lb, 7.5lbs) but after a few uses you get used to it. I've recommended these to multiple people since i've bought them. With COVID I am not comfortable going to the gym and these have been a great addition to my home gym. #sweepstakes
