I've always wanted a set of these. Finally got them and couldn't be happier. Like most people state, they are on the larger size for dumbbells. If your doing any close overhead triceps or any move that requires your weights close together then you'll find them a little difficult. Other than that there great, it's so nice to switch weight with so little effort.
