This was a compromise purchase with the hubs. He needed heavier weights and I didn't want to give up the space. So these were the perfect solution. Also, I love the weight flexibility, I can go up 2.5 lbs or 5 or whatever without buying a whole new set of weights (hard to find any right now!)

These are fantastic for strength training and minimizes the need for additional dumbbells. I say minimizes because I still see a benefit it using smaller dumbbells under 10 lbs for HIIT training

Due to Covid, this gymrat has become a home gym builder. I am delighted to have these vercitile weights. I do not understand why they chose to have two dials on each dumbbell, but it works very well and seems sturdy enough. They do have a warning not to drop, but they have felt very sturdy so far. I have had them for about a month and have no real complaints. They conserve way more space and are perfect for a home gym. #sweepstakes
