I work out Monday through Friday mornings doing light weight training. I used to go to the gym before Covid, but do not feel comfortable going back yet. I started doing body weight exercises and running at home and slowly started to buy equipment to help enhance my workouts. I started with resistance bands, added straps, and after much searching, since unwilling to buy heavily marked up product through 3rd party sellers, I was able to get myself these Bowflex adjustable dumbbells. Considering how expensive a single dumbbell is, this adjustable set is an excellent value. They are easy to use and after 6 weeks of use, seem well constructed. Of course, they are bulkier than a normal dumbbell, but the value is clear. I hope they hold up for several months.

Overall a very good product. The dials to select the weight work very smoothly. The dial turns in one direction on one side and the other direction on the other side to get to the same weight selection, my brain has to think for a second to remover which direction to turn.( this statement probably doesn't make sense until you use them.). The only design change I would make if possible is to make the weight smaller for the lighter weight selections, again it doesn't make sense until you use them.
