I'm building a home gym and this saves so much space since it's essentially a whole dumbbell set up to 52.5 lbs. I have different adjustable dumbbells where I need to unscrew bolts by hand off each end, change the weights, and screw them back on. This is SO much easier just turning the knobs to adjust the weights. Should have gotten this sooner! #sweepstakes

Due to Cover-19 my gym was closed and now limited access. These saved the day and take little space with maximal options for lifting. The Bowflex stand, in my opinion, is a must. I ordered 2 sets, 4 total dumbbells, as my lifting partner was in the same boat with no open gym. He really likes his as well. Being in my 50's, needing to repeatedly bend over to change the weights fatigued my back. Bowflex 552 Stand really eliminates that.
