I got these in 2016. Have 2 teenagers that use them daily. I have always been happy with the product. There was some damage in a move to the inner working of one handle. Just resolved by talking with customer service (Kelly), it was a pleasure and she was knowledgable on the product and informative. Minimal charge as the warranty is expired, which I expected.
