I debated purchasing these because I wasn't sure how much longer I'd need them before returning back to a gym post-covid. SO glad I followed through not only because I think I'll be working out from home for a longer time but also because they take up so little space and really are all the dumbbells I need. So easy to shift weight settings and happy that they increase at less than 5 lbs increments. Perfect for upper body as well as lower! Overall, so happy with my purchase

Obviously I bought it for the comfort of having one set that won't take up all the space. But the second reason I went with bowflex over others is because of there reliability. I read and heard of so many other brands having issue with the weights filling of mid workout. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want one of those plates falling on my face.

Perfect for me using the lower weights for my upper body workouts and heavier for squats. It's also enough weight for my husband for his more strenuous strength training. The Bowflex 552 is incredible! It is easy to use and it's amazing how you can change the weight quickly. I have used the product everyday since it has arrived. It is a little bigger than your regular dumbbells, but if you are wanting to get stronger and save room within your home this is a perfect choice. Once you get use to their size the workouts become easier. I recommend you buy the dumbbells if you have been contemplating them for a while.
