Just getting started . . . haven't been to the gym since March '20 and needed to do something to rebuild the strength I've lost over the last 10 months. Using the dumbbells and an exercise ball (no room for a bench) to begin with . . . looking forward to expanding my use(s)!! Didn't have room for a rack full of different weights . . . the SelectTech ticks all of the boxes I needed. It's so easy and quick to change the weight for different exercises . . . they're a little bulky in the lighter weights, but the overall flexibility of the system makes that easy to overlook. #sweepstakes
