With the whole pandemic living in California and Gyms being shutdown, I've purchased some really expensive equipment for HIIT and Cross Training, i.e. barbell, plates, pull up bar, gymnastic rings.. Hands down the bowflex selecttech kettlebell and 552 dumbbells have been by far the best bang for your buck. Thanks Bowflex.
