General weight training and isolated muscle group. Use with circuit training where I can combine movements so I don't have to constantly switch the weight around. Best use on these is to just mix it up and make use of the range of weight, but also be effective and ordering and combining muscle groups to keep the pace up.
Outstanding investment in health from the causal enthusiast to the hard core gym rat. I wish I had done it much sooner especially now that gyms are so restrictive.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
downloaded some dumbbell workouts off the internet and bought a bench. The setup was difficult because the selector kept getting stuck. Finally found a video for bowflex staff to fix this and was able to fix it (took 1-2 hrs to research and fix). Not had problems after that. The weight switching is quick and I have a full set of weights in a small space now. #sweepstakes

The easy selectable weights are amazing. Easy and compact storage. Solid grip and sturdy metal bar. Feels like you're using real set dumbbells and high quality materials are clearly used. #sweepstakes
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
I use these about 4-5 times a week. Very easy adjustments and love having one set of dumbbells for a variety of exercises. Only complaint is that they are a little long for certain workouts. #sweepstakes
With the whole pandemic living in California and Gyms being shutdown, I've purchased some really expensive equipment for HIIT and Cross Training, i.e. barbell, plates, pull up bar, gymnastic rings.. Hands down the bowflex selecttech kettlebell and 552 dumbbells have been by far the best bang for your buck. Thanks Bowflex.
