Ordered this to expand my Bowflex routine. I already had the Bowflex Extreme 2, and got the Bowflex Max Trainer as a Christmas gift (early). Added the dumbbells, and I was not disappointed! Easy to set up and use! With the flexibility of changing weight (and the benefit of using limited space), this was a great choice. I've only had them a couple of weeks, so my opinion could later change if something happens (mechanically), but I really don't see that happening. They are sturdy, well designed and constructed, and I am very pleased! #sweepstakes

These were a little bulky for many moves where arms should be fairly close to your sides for proper form. Otherwise, they are great...so easy to use and easily stored. Glad I bought them.

My only regret was not purchasing the stand with them, keeping them on the floor can be straining and makes slotting them in slightly difficult (6'5")... especially at failure. The selectors are smooth and while there is slight rattle, it is soft (plastic shells), and easily ignored. #sweepstakes
