Bought the Bowflex dumbbells' system for my husband for his 66th birthday - he is a retired soldier and continues to do his morning calisthenics and exercises on his SOLOFLEX M/W/F and a NORDICTRAC Ski trainer (Old kind) on T/TH/SA. We also hike, kayak, bike and ski regularly but he said he would like to get some dumbbells' to supplement the SOLOFLEX workout. He has incorporated 2-3 sets of several dumbbells' exercises into his MWF workouts and continues to say how easy they are to use, change weights and store.
