I had been using my friends weights for 6 months before I bought my own pair. Overall these are an essential set of equipment for your home gym. They incredibly versatile and provide weights for a large variety of weight training exercises. I can't recommend them enough. They are solid and easy to use as well.

This was a gift to myself. I don't have much space and been wanting to do more heavy weight training but couldn't find the space to fit individual weights. These weights are versatile, compact compared to having several weights, easy to use and can be used for all fitness types. Despite the price, it's actually a good thing to invest with all the value it brings. You'll spend way more on individual weights vs. these due to the raising demand linked to the Pandemic. Only downsides were waiting for 3 months to get them. Do not use a debit card as I had problems of the charge being dropped and added several times, which can put people in a position to incur overdraft charges. Recommend using a pure credit card and then pay it off when the charge is posted. Highly recommend this product. #sweepstakes

Weight set is great. Without a stand it is kind of a hassle. I need to buy one. How long does it take once ordered? Hopefully not 3 months. I like to do super sets doing several different body parts as one set. Normally at the gym, I would pick up the appropriate weight, do my set, put the weights down and pick up another weight for another exercise. Again, I think if If I had a stand, it would help the situation.

Well worth the wait! I purchased these dumbbells as a result of the Covid-19 shutdowns, and I have absolutely no regrets. They fit easily in the small amount of space I have, and they'll let me work out even if things shut down again. (Or if I can't make it to they gym for some reason.) They're versatile and will let me run through the majority of my workout routine using just these two dumbbells. As someone who takes his workouts seriously, I'm thrilled with my purchase. Now I'm hoping to purchase the Selecttech Barbell set as some point as well! I did my research before buying these, and now that I have them, I can definitively say the Selecttech 552 Dumbbells are will worth the investment.
