I got this for my son, who is a police officer, and is married with 3 children. He doesn't have a whole lot of time to go to the gym and he wanted these so he could work out at home and not take more time away from his family. He was SO excited when he received them! They are even more awesome than expected! He loves that he AND his wife (who works out at home while raising their 3 kids!), can use them just by dialing the weights to the desired amount. They are compact, come in their own stands, don't roll away when you set them down, and he can continue to go up in weight and not have to buy additional dumbbells! If I win the #sweepstakes, I would LOVE to put the money toward a home gym that my son has been wanting for a very long time. As a police officer he doesn't get much time at home as it is.
