Pros: Easily change the weight to the pounds you want with a quick turn of the dial. Convenient to use... everything is right there in front of you. Cons: The barbells can be a bit awkward at times because they are so long. Every now and then the weights don't click into place and the barbell doesn't pick up the appropriate weights properly.

Great product, awesome weight ranges for the size of the whole system. A bit bulky and awkward to handle on smaller weight ranges. but as soon as you go above 12-15 lbs, depending on the exercise, the balance and grip are both really good. 5/5 all the way, awesome product and sturdy stuff.

I just wanted to write to you to express my satisfaction with you line of SelectTech dumbells and equipment. As a beginner to the exercise scene, I originally purchased a set of 552 Dumbells and a 3.1 bench over 5 years ago. To my surprise, I quickly gained strength to the point where I needed to upgrade to a higher weight capacity. It was at that time I handed my 552 dumbells down to a friend and purchased a set of 1090 dumbells and the 5.1 adjustable bench, of which I still use to this day. They have both lasted the test of time and have yielded great results, so thank you for building such an innovative and durable product.
