I have been using Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbells for a month, and I must say I love these weights! Due to the small space within my home gym and the increase of gym-goers with Covid-19, they are a perfect backup for those days the free weights are occupied at the gym.

Being a gym goer, I missed weight training during COVID. I needed something that will allow exercising at home. I already have a nice pull-up-dip station outside and an exercise bike. Adding the weight training was highly desirable. Decided to give the Bowflex 552 a try, based on the specification and very good reviews. The long wait was worth it, as this is a quality set of dumbbells, offering a wide range of weights with a very small footprint. These weights are as flexible as having the entire range of dumbbell sets, from 5 to 52.5 lbs. Considering the amount of weights you need to cover this range, they cost a fraction and take very little room. As dumbbells go, they offer a wide spectrum of exercises, covering all muscle groups. They are VERY well made, easy to use and good looking. Some might find 52.5 to be a little on the light side, but most will not. They might also be a little long for some, especially at lower weights. The bottom line is that these are a really amazing set of quality made dumbbells. they offer great flexibility in a very attractive package. The wide range of weights allow the entire family to use them with comfort, ease and safety. Highly recommended!!!

Overall I find this product well put together. Its sturdy, easy to switch to different weights, and it's great for all fitness levels. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I got my weights 4 months later when I ordered them in November but its ok...a pandemic can do that lol. Other than that I give this product 5 stars.
