the dumbbells are very easy to use, no need for a rack full of 10 different weight rated dumbbells. sure they are slightly bulky, but that is a trade off for having an all in one. if you want Bowflex dumbbells, buy from Bowflew .too many knockoff out there. thd shipping was extremely slow (4 months) but this is the COVID effect. my home gym is complete for me now.
