Great price and low storage. Great for the heavier weight, but a bit bulky for the lower weight. Best of what you can get for an adjustable weight dumbbell.

These were very easy to pull out of the box and just start using. I'm very happy to not have to unscrew multiple weights and have several sets to store around my house. You can get a lot of leverage out of a couple of pieces.

I was a little hesitant that this product seemed too good to be true, but wow, it works great and is easy to use. Compared to regular dumbbells the only downsides are having to change four dials to adjust both weights, and you do have to be careful returning the weight at a vertical angle. Upside though is, aside from being compact, I can stop cursing when I can't find the weight I need because someone at the gym ran off with it!

I'm really impressed with these dumbbells. I have been lifting weights for over 35 years now and these dumbbells look solid enough to last for many years to come. It would take 30 sets of weights and a whole lot of space to replicate the weight combinations you can make with these dumbbells. The only concern I have is that the rubber grip may wear out at some point. It would be nice if there were a knurled metal option for those of us that don't mind a couple calluses.
