To sum things up, I love this dumbbell set. It doesn't take up as much space as individual pairs of weights. The room I use this in, doesn't have much room to begin with so being able to tuck it away in a corner is a huge benefit. Plus I never imagined myself investing too much money on different size dumbbells. I like being able to increase the amount of weight by small increments in the beginning and the mechanism to adjust them couldn't be any easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Took a while to receive, but I'm happy with the purchase. I have a Blowflex Blaze home gym, but these dumbbells are a great addition for strength training exercises, and during aerobic exercises, as well. The speed and ease at which the weight can be adjusted means more time for exercising and less time fumbling around changing weights. They're great if you have limited space, as well.

This product works great and is a million times more convenient than an entire rack of dumbbells. My only con would be that the length of each dumbbell when using low weight exercises can get in the way and feel bulky

I like to use these for some basic strength training. I love how I can adjust the weight on one dumbbell without needing an entire wall of individually sized weights. I do wish they were not quite as long though. Some of that is a the downside to their flexibility, though, so it's still a great item.

Great for overall Strength training. Works with many different exercises. Adjustable weights fit any style or workouts. The only thing bad about it is that it is relatively bulkier than individual weights for certain exercises but overall great product, especially for an all-in-one weight set.

I use this product everyday since the covid shutdown of gyms. Though I was hesitant on the durability of the dumbbells, I was surprised of how easy and tough they were as a product. I'm glad I made the purchase. I just wish I also bought the stands with them so I'd recommend getting both the dumbbells and the stand. If you're hesitant, just know you're getting a solid product from Bowlfex. Thanks again!
