This product works great and is a million times more convenient than an entire rack of dumbbells. My only con would be that the length of each dumbbell when using low weight exercises can get in the way and feel bulky

I like to use these for some basic strength training. I love how I can adjust the weight on one dumbbell without needing an entire wall of individually sized weights. I do wish they were not quite as long though. Some of that is a the downside to their flexibility, though, so it's still a great item.

Great for overall Strength training. Works with many different exercises. Adjustable weights fit any style or workouts. The only thing bad about it is that it is relatively bulkier than individual weights for certain exercises but overall great product, especially for an all-in-one weight set.

I use this product everyday since the covid shutdown of gyms. Though I was hesitant on the durability of the dumbbells, I was surprised of how easy and tough they were as a product. I'm glad I made the purchase. I just wish I also bought the stands with them so I'd recommend getting both the dumbbells and the stand. If you're hesitant, just know you're getting a solid product from Bowlfex. Thanks again!

I have a small office and I use this to work out during breaks at work. It's perfect for people who don't have a lot of space. It's built really well and the weights themselves feel like they'll last forever. My only gripe is with the plastic platforms which dig into your fingers when you're carrying them to move them and just don't feel as high quality as the rest of the product.
