I use our dumbbells for weight training, interval training and functional training. East to use and easy storage. Great for a home gym so you don't have to get a complete set of dumbbells. Only complaint is I wish you didn't have to turn both sides to get the weight you wanted just one in the middle. Obviously a nit pick there. Overall wonderful product.

To sum things up, I love this dumbbell set. It doesn't take up as much space as individual pairs of weights. The room I use this in, doesn't have much room to begin with so being able to tuck it away in a corner is a huge benefit. Plus I never imagined myself investing too much money on different size dumbbells. I like being able to increase the amount of weight by small increments in the beginning and the mechanism to adjust them couldn't be any easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
