I have only had the weights for a few weeks, but these dumbells are exactly as advertised. For me the grips are very comfortable, easy to grip even when sweaty, and fit my hands perfectly. The weight range and size of the dumbells is great for performing a wide range of movements and exercises. These weights can easily help people stay in shape or create that muscular physique that saturates YouTube channels. As a person the is part of designing and producing components for Aerospace and Space applications, the design is simple enough and can easily be taken care of for long term use. So with that in mind the cost is easily justifiable given the range of weight provided. I say that while using only the 20lbs-52.5lbs range of these dumbells, I have no experience with any range below 20lbs. I perform basic exercises on a bench that allows me to lay flat or sit upright at 90 deg, with various positions in between. I work on arms, back, lats, and shoulders. I also use the dumbells in lunges and squats for my legs. Again, you are to get a complete body workout from a convenient small package. I think these are GREAT! I plan on purchasing the stand next to make it easy to transition weights, instead of bending over to pick up from the floor.

I use our dumbbells for weight training, interval training and functional training. East to use and easy storage. Great for a home gym so you don't have to get a complete set of dumbbells. Only complaint is I wish you didn't have to turn both sides to get the weight you wanted just one in the middle. Obviously a nit pick there. Overall wonderful product.
