So happy to have weights at home these work great for about 85% of the routine I have. The downfall is they are wider than expected so for a smaller framed person so a bicep curl for example has a slightly wider position.

I have been using these as part of my at home strength training workouts. It is so convenient to have all the different weights in one and not have to have a whole rack of dumbbells. They were pretty easy to unbox and require almost no setup. They are very user friendly. The only thing I've noticed that I don't love is how long they are.
