I have owned a set of these dumbbells for at least 10 years. I use them daily. I bought this set for my son-in-law for his home gym, and he loves them. They don't take up much space and are extremely durable. Can't say enough good things. I highly recommend the stand as well.

I put the weight settings seem counter intuitive because the dials on one weight have to be moved in opposite directions instead of the same direction, which takes some getting used to. I may be an outlier. Also the plates move while in use, which is concerning but I trust the product is going to hold. I'd recommend it to someone who can afford the expense. Other than that, the increments, the easy storage, the hand grip is great.

Took four months, but finally arrived. Stand was delivered a month before the dumbbells, so it just sat in the box. Overall quality of the dumbbells is excellent. Length of dumbbells makes some exercises awkward. Stand is okay and space effective, but wish the buckle on the retaining strap wasn't positioned to interfere with the grip handle. Could easily be designed better by simply bolting the cradle to the stand from the bottom. Cant use my FatGripz because of the buckle.

Cons: Hard To Set Up, Heavy / Bulky, Would be better if several inches shorter.

I upgraded from an adjustable set that only went up to 24 lbs. These are twice and heavy, but also take up twice as much space. It took a little getting used to working with such large dumbbells but overall they are so easy to adjust and store. My previous weights were flimsy and I quickly outgrew them--this Bowflex set will last me much longer.
