Good product design. Very easy to adjust the weight with a turn of the dial. I've only had a couple weeks but the selector is very smooth to operate. The only downside is that dumbbells are fairly long relative to the weight compared to standard fixed weight dumbbells. So for someone with a small frame/shorter arms these might be surprisingly long even when low weight is used. It seems the long dumbbell length may be unavoidable to provide all the flexibility of the different weight plate combinations, but may be a consideration for some people.
