Overall great product. I had a pair before the pandemic and sold it when I joined the gym. This new pair works great like the previous. Obviously, these weights cannot be dropped like traditional dumbbells. I like how the handles do feel and have not experienced any discomfort with prolonged exercise. Would recommend these as well.

This is a great product for working out at home... like having a full set of dumbbells without sacrificing hardly any storage space! The only drawback is that they are a bit awkward for certain exercises (biceps curls) due to how big/bulky they are at the heavier weights.

The dumbbells are wide but not too wide. You can have a different weight on each side to hit the muscle in a different way. Instead of a rack. Of dumbbells only 2 are needed. Speed of changing weight is a big plus.
