I waited for MONTHS to get my hands on these. They are the perfect addition to my home gym. I don't have to have a million different dumbbells. I can use them at the weight I want & my boyfriend can turn the dial up a notch and lift heavier if he wants.

I use these weights as part of my overall general fitness program, usually using them 3-4 days a week. The weights are great from the standpoint that they take up very little room, and I can adjust the weights depending on the muscle areas I am working on and my development. By having these weights, I have cancelled my gym membership.

The only downside is the length of the dumbbell which can make it a little cumbersome. I love being able to store the equivalent of 15 sets of dumbbells in about a 2 foot square area. Changing the weights is easy and the dumbbells are well made. They are a little bit longer than most dumbbells, but that is necessary for them to be adjustable. The extra length takes a bit of getting used to, but it hasn't been an issue for me. It takes more time to change the weight on these dumbbells than it does to just grab a different dumbbell off a rack, but for someone like me with limited space and money, this is a great option to get a good workout at home. #sweepstakes
