The weights are great from the standpoint that they take up very little room, and I can adjust the weights depending on the muscle areas I am working on and my development. By having these weights, I have cancelled my gym membership.

I really enjoy using the product as a part of my weight training. They are great. Very easy to move from one weight to the next. Grips are very comfortable. The only downside is the length of the dumbbell which can make it a little cumbersome. Obviously this is needed to allow such a wide range of weight and just takes a little getting used to. #sweepstakes

I love being able to store the equivalent of 15 sets of dumbbells in about a 2 foot square area. Changing the weights is easy and the dumbbells are well made. They are a little bit longer than most dumbbells, but that is necessary for them to be adjustable. The extra length takes a bit of getting used to, but it hasn't been an issue for me. It takes more time to change the weight on these dumbbells than it does to just grab a different dumbbell off a rack, but for someone like me with limited space and money, this is a great option to get a good workout at home. #sweepstakes

Inside and out of the military, she always pushes herself and the dumbbells she had before this set was getting too light and not challenging enough for her but she didn't want to take up too much space.
