These are a great space saver. If you do a workout that requires a quick change in weight, this product isn't for you. You have to dial in the weight then pick it up. Also, the weights must be aligned properly in order to fit in to change the weight.

I love how easily I can store these weights, pull them out in a pinch for an at home workout and how easy it is to go from weight to the next. I can't imagine how slow and tedious it would be if I had to either a) change plates or b) weight in the gym for someone else to be done with the weights I need or c) have to go hunting around the gym for weights that someone else didn't put back properly. This replaces ALL those headaches and makes a workout go smoothly and keeps my heart rate up.
