Use daily. The only downside is the size and material for certain exercises. They are bulky for chest press, side lunges a d certain moves. I like the rubber hex dumbbells for hip bridges, goblet squats and how they rest on the floor compared to plastic. Overall for weight selection 17.5, 22.5 and up to 52 pounds they are versatile and take up less space.

Slick handles, grip improvement is required or use with gloves is necessary. They start sliding in your hands especially if you are sweating. The plates don't feel like they're really set into the handles at times leaving me with durability concerns.
